THE TEAM BEHIND ADRIAN & PARTNERS
JÜRGEN ADRIAN
In 1995, after a successful career in sales and marketing, Jürgen Adrian transitioned into executive search. He co-founded a consultancy and became COO as the team grew to over 30 coleagues. In 2002, he launched Adrian & Roth, now adrian + partners. With 30 years of experience - mostly in technical industries - he has filled over 750 roles and has supported many clients for over a decade. "I see myself as a sparring partner for my clients and a career architect for our candidates."
JULIAN GOERISCH
studied political science and European business law in Munich and Nancy / France. After successfully completing his studies in 2013, he decided to start consulting directly. At Adrian & Roth, he had the opportunity to learn the "craft" of the personnel consultant from scratch. His methodological and market competence as well as his technical understanding enable him to support his clients from the electronics industry in every phase of recruiting.
LINO ADRIAN
In 2018, Lino decided to join the company and took over responsibility for the entire administrative area before taking on his first search mandate in 2021. Since then, Lino has been supporting his predominantly medium-sized clients in recruiting and has been able to fill numerous positions in various functional areas. “I discovered my passion for recruitment consultancy in a roundabout way. I draw my motivation every day from the opportunity to create meaning and make a contribution.”
STEFFEN GREINER
has been working in executive search and recruitment consulting since 2021. Since then, he has supported national and international companies in filling key positions - always with the goal of creating sustainable solutions for both businesses and careers. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, followed by a Master's degree in Business Psychology.
JOHANN GRESKA
studied Automotive Engineering in Munich. After 30 years in various positions in the automotive industry, he joined Adrian & Roth Personalberatung in 2020. All topics related to NEW WORK and AGILE are exciting for him. He loves working with people and, as a headhunter, looks for the "right" candidates for clients in Automotive and Finance.
WILFRIED BRACHSCHOSS
studied Electrical Engineering in Munich. He worked for over 25 years in the Semiconductor and High-Tech sector in various management functions in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, USA and Hong Kong. He joined us in 2016. His main field of activity are senior positions in Electronics, Semiconductors and Software. He loves technology & innovation and is every day exited to learn new things, while talking to interesting candidates about their work and further ideas to growth and match them to exciting positions.
BENEDIKT LEITMANNSTETTER
studies psychology at the International University. He joined our team in September 2021 and decided to complete his studies in parallel to his work at Adrian & Roth. Due to his profound psychological expertise, he particularly enjoys identifying the right personality structures for our positions.
